Does this work on cars too? Any Downside?

I used to use a product similar to this called TBF in motorcycle tires
back in the 60's - 70's. It worked quite well but what a mess when it
came time to change a tire. Motorcycles are so sensitive to tire balance
that you could actually feel the stuff gradually go to work after a stop
of any duration.
