Does anyone have an interchange number for the throttle cable? The carb
end of mine is worn oval. I may just make a bushing for it to get
going(just about ready to fire up with the Holley) and order a
replacement from Cinnabar.

Patrick, whatever throttle cable you get from Cinnabar, Gateway, et al will
not have the carb "bushing" as part of the kit. IMHO it is easy enough to
fab yourself using a nylon bushing found in most hardware stores, IIRC 1/2
dia x 1/4 thick with a 1/4 inch hole. Just need to spin off around 1/16 or
so from the OD for a nice press fit to the carb linkage.

If cable stretch is a problem, just bend the accelerator pedal lever, as
advised a couple years ago by others on this net. No need to replace the
cable - ($50+ from Gateway in '98). HTH

Ritch
Septic leach field problems, so no big trips this year, sigh
