I know that item is available. I just do not remember where I saw it. Call Jim K. at Applied GMC. I'll be he has it or can get it.

Let me think on that one for a while. I bought one once many years ago. I just do not remember where.

You might try calling Thetford direct at:
Phone: 1-800-543-1219, 1-734-769-6000
Fax: 1-734-769-2332

They are in Ann Arbor, MI

You can get this part at any RV supply store that may be considered an
"essential business" and may be open.

You want a "Closet Flange Seal Service Package" which includes the closet
flange seal , 2 closet bolts and nuts. I have purchased just the seal by
itself at my local RV supply. They do very by part number depending on
which toilet that you have. You can go here to see that part and part
number that you need:

Like most items, we stock them.
They are not popular so you'll not find them at RV places.

There seems to be some minor confusion here. Jeremy does not need the closet flange seal, what he needs is the O-ring that seals the Slide-EZ valve
to the black tank flange.

Jeremy-

O-rings are specified by the diameter of the "rope" that the are made from and the ID of the circle of that rope. If you to measure the depth of the
grove that O-ring goes in, you want one that is about 125% of that depth. I may have a valve in my barn (I don't think so, but I will check next time
I am out there)and I would send along the numbers. That may not be right because there were two different valves used for GMC. One is all plastic
and the older has a stainless cover on the tank side.

Do not even bother contacting Thetford (or if you do don't expect much). In my recent dealings with the company, I was very impressed by the complete
and total lack on anything like customer service and support. Even with part numbers in hand (I am in striking range) I could not talk to anybody
directly, I had to work though a telephone maze and I finally got an order placed. (That was a mistake.) When no parts arrived, I called back hoping
to get a tracking number and was told that if you were not a standing client, they would always wait 3 days before they pulled the order for shipment.
This was day 4 and it had not left yet. I cancelled the order and drove 30 miles to a shop that did have the parts in stock.

I really wanted to change the tank to a Valterra valve (way cheaper and more available and part are on a pin at the local places), but the bolt holes
are all wrong and may first attempt at an adapter failed. When I come up for air, maybe I will try again.

WE are a dealer for ALL RV suppliers and have access to parts as long as it
is available.
We spend time to supply people for a two dollar part, Unlike the others.
That's why we became the largest supplier.
Also knowledgeable about RV and GMC MH
