It's interesting that your response to my post just appeared in my mailbox at 3:50PM. You wrote it this morning sometime. Between my earlier post and this one, a small discussion started on thermostats. Wonder why it took so long for this to hit my mailbox when I received all the answers to this one before I got it. Must be a time warp in the GMC net. Or was I (my computer)
abducted briefly by aliens interested in the advance technology of the GMC Motorhome?

I too have chosen to go with the 180 degree for the same reason as Tom has. Either one will work and I have heard of other GMCers have gone as low as 160 units. The choice is really yours and if your happy with the 190 then don't change it.
