I know I am going to step on the "URL Master's" toes with this post, but I
can't help myself. I saved almost every one Arch had listed, added a few
of my own, and grouped them by subject. Following are Arch's wonderful

Gary, that is just tooo good! I'll html-ize it and post on my web site.

Nice work!

Like Gary, I added a few of my own, made some corrections and changed
the grouping slightly. I'll probably refine that a little more and put
an index at the top.

This may be a temporary home as I'm thinking of moving them to their own
page as part of a general facelift and reorganization of the site. I'll
give everyone that's linked to that page fair warning before it happens.

I've lost track of one site that was about a service at some Truck Stops,
I think, that provided Cable or Satellite TV and internet for $5 a day or
$30 a month, while in the parking spaces. Does anyone, besides Arch,
remember (trying to give him a rest...)

Arch, you're too kind. Thanks!

BINGO!! It ain't just me! I just created the forum and try to keep it
between the yellow lines. The rest of you do most of the real work.
When one of you comes up with a gem like this URL list, I am only too
happy to post it.

I was excited! I had no idea what the response from the GMC community
would be. IIRC, I even posted to the net when we passed 50! GMCnet is
a little over one year old and, as of this morning, we're at 249
subscribers(120 real-time and 129 digest). But as pleased as I am with
the numbers, the real measure of success is the high quality of this
list. Good information and good people - that's what it's all about.

Well, considering I probably would have sold my GMC for scrap by now if
it weren't for the support and information I receive here... That's
reward enough.

Thanks again Arch, and thanks to all of you for what you have made this
forum into.

Patrick (and Arch)-

I just visited the hot links area - WOW! First, let me thank you, Patrick,
for obviously spending some quality time on the Website and posting Arch's
list. But also thank you for credit (where really none was due) to me.
And Arch, you ARE the MAN when it comes to digging up relevant stuff for us.

To tell you the truth, all I did was read ALL of the archives, edited them
(which saved about 1/2 of their original space), and cut and pasted all of
Arch's URLs to Notepad. Not a lot of work, but I was getting swamped with
all the great stuff posted!

So Patrick and Arch, I want to thank both of you sincerely for your efforts
here. We really have a world class home with world class residents.
