TEXTPAD is sold by Helios Software Solutions. Their address is:
www.textpad.com/. They have both 16 bit and 32 bit versions. Maximum file
size for editing is same as virtual memory size. Their site lists all
features and instructions for downloading and getting registered.
My experience with it is limited to editing the Dec '98 archive. Selecting
and deleting text is just as fast as it would be with a 100 line file --
WORDPAD/NOTEPAD would just totally choke on a file as large as these archive
files.
