TBI versus carb

Tom, while that may be true, it is a bit of an over
simplification. The TBI (in standard trim) will beat
the carb (in standard trim).

On my SOB I had a carb that ran as good as TBI, but
at the cost of lots of work, road tests, jetting work etc.

It will take a lot of time (and a lot of money if you pay
somebody) to set up the carb to run as good as the
TBI will out of the box.

As soon as time and money permits it TBI for me on
the GMC.

Just my opinion of course.

tbi,
took it out of the box, it worked, still working great.

Also burns all types of gas, no adjustments for changes in altitude,
temperatures, headers,mufflers, vapor lock, etc. All computer controlled.

so far so good.
