I've just been forwarded another "dooms day" notice that starts off with
"CNN has reported that within the next two weeks Congress is going to vote
on allowing telephone companies to CHARGE A TOLL FEE for Internet access."
and also warns of a bill no. 602P which would tax emails .05 each to
compensate the PO for lost revenue.
I couldn't find mention of this on the CNN site, and "602P" doesn't sound
like a typical House or Senate legislation referrence. I doubt this should
be taken seriously, but figure Mark Grady could either dispell or confirm
the story.
Hey Mark,you out there?
