Hey All;

The motor in my Suburban NT-34SP RV Furnace has lost it's bearings and
the fan is flopping all over the place. Is there anyone in GMC Land that
has one lying around that they won't be using that I can purchase from you?
New ones are about $550 with free shipping on Amazon but I'm rally just
looking for parts. Anybody? Thanks...

I'm fixin to take mine out to replace it with another that has a good
combustion chamber. Might be able to supply the parts. It'll be a while
beforeI'm ready though. Not in a hurry during summer. ;-)

Hey Bdub;

So tell you what, I'll ship you that Tom Warner Wheel Bearing Puller if
you ship me that furnace. I don't need the combustion chamber. Straight
across. I just need it before the 2nd week in May. I know, I know, but just
trying to make the 49er Fort Bragg Rally.

Any chance there is an electric motor rebuilder or a bearing house near
you? If it’s only the bearings and the armature hasn’t wadded into anything
it might be repairable. Is there a data plate on the motor?

That is the same thing I was going to suggest. Take it to a motor shop. We have several around here. Also a alternator / starter repair shop might
have the bushings. If not, they probably can tell you has them and will install them. It should not much.

Have you tried Suburban, or the motor manufacturer for another motor?

If you can figure out the part number, you may find it on Amazon.

Hey All;

Thanks for the various replies. I haven't checked to see if there are
any of these industries here in HooterVille or the surrounding
HooterVilleets. Might be a place over in the Big City, but Bdub wants to do
a trade and up for that. I know there is a really good electric motor
rebuilding place in Coos Bay, OR but they are 9 hours away. Thanks again
for the responses. Love this list.
