The original Solaire furnace in our 75 Glenbrook has started putting out a lot of carbon monoxide, so we want to replace it. I've read through the
forum and see that both Suburban NT30 and SF30 models are used as replacements. Can someone explain the difference in those models? All I can tell
is the size of the housing is different. Any recommendations?

Thanks.

The SF is a low profile unit and is wider.
Recommend the NT as it is easier to fit.
If you like I can Quote you delivered price for unit and assist you on how
to make it fit

Having had both in a GMC the low profile SF version is considerably louder when the furnace is running.

Mike,
Take a measurement of your lower area , then you will realize why I am
advising you to use that one and not the other.

You can fit the taller one if you take a jigsaw and lower the bottom fixed sash of the cabinet... it isn't load bearing. Cut til you are about an
eighth above the bottom edge of the door and the furnace will fit. Once it's clear the door frame there's plenty of room.
