Between a plate on the inside of the coach and the side of the coach.
Exhaust of the furnace slides into the plate ,through the side of the
coach. Gets pretty hot. I believe I read where a coach caught fire
because of bad gasket.

I am trying to remember I don't think mine had a gasket there. I think
there was a 1 inch thick glass insulation sheet between the heater and the
plate that holds the vents. Then the vent bracket plate was epoxied to the
side of the coach with a sandwich of the side of the coach and the outside
vents. I put some muffler epoxy into mine to seal the sandwich in the
middle. I sent this note to Mr.c. He has fewer senior moments and might
remember more.;>)
