stupid water heater overtemp valve

It leaks when under any pressure at all

AND it's impossible to get at since it's too close to the edges of the enclousure.

Oh I should mention this is on an EX Royale, which means it's more like a normal late modle coach than a GMC.

The water heater is mounted to the wall with an access cover, the over temp valve is at the top of a recessed box, too close to get a pipe wrench on.

How in holy heck do you get that thing out?

Use a Basin wrench on it. That should work. Here arer afew:
