Steering wheel center

I have one of Tom Whitton's three spoke steering wheels and the center horn button assembly won't stay put. It looks like the three fingers that hold
it in place are slightly deformed toward the center and won't produce enough pressure to hold the horn in place. Does anyone know where these wheels
came from and if there are any parts available. I'd hate to try to heat and reform the three tabs as they probably would fail in short order.
Any help certainly appreciated.Thanks,
