Gary,
Does this mean you tend to drift to the left if you let go of the
steering
wheel? If so, I'd jack up the front end and support it. Center the
steering
wheel.......

If it turns slightly to the left with the engine NOT running, you may
have
a bound-up bushing in your idler arm or steering arm. Loosen any pivot
bolts
that run through rubber, center the wheel, and retighten.

If it passes that test, start the engine. If the wheel turns to the
left
without anyone touching it, you have a problem with your power steering
gearbox.

If it passes both tests, try swapping the front tires left/right.
Sometimes a defective tire will pull, just like leaning a bicycle.

If it passes all these tests, you probably have an alignment problem.
Too
much positive camber will cause a pull toward that side. Too much
negative
camber will cause a drift AWAY from that side. Alignment shops (and
specs)
commonly set the left side more positive and the right side more negative
to
counterract the tendency to roll down the crown of the road and thus pull

right. Maybe they overdid it on yours.

Thanks Rick

The feeling is OK straight ahead when I want to turn the wheel to the
right it felt kind of stiff. To turn the wheel to the left there didn't
seem to be any stiffness, it was almost like I was putting pressure on
the HYD. stabilizer, but that doesn't make much sense.
I did have the front end worked on, they had the gear box rebuilt,
alignment was done. I did have a different tire in front, changed that
yesterday, thats when I noticed the up and down movement, on the Idler.
After I replace the bushing on that I will check for re-center, and I may
have to adjust the pitman shaft take out any extra play.
I know how that tire pull is like I have a S15 GMC PU when swapping tires
if it isn't in the correct position its like your running with a low tire
on one side. I haven't had the Coach out for a retest lately

Thanks Again to all who have writtten.
