FYI
My thermostat registers as follows
0-60 degrees F outside 1/8 at 65 mph 1/8 at idle
60-85 degrees F outside 3/16 at 65 mph 1/8 at idle
85-103 degrees F outside 1/4 at 65 mph 3/16 at idle
I tried a lot of things on my last trip to determine what had an
effect
on my temp. AC seemed to have NO effect. Speed had some effect.
At 50 to 55 cruising after 10-15 minutes the guage would drop very
slightly.
Climbing a steep hill increased temp ever so slightly. Like 1/16 on
guage.
Outside air temp seems to have the most effect.
I also know my guage works as my heater valve cracked when I first
got the coach and the temp climbed from 3/16 to over 1/2 before
I could pull over.
I have talked with several members at our club and this appears about
average
