I was thinking the same thing... something tells me there is something we
don't know. Even considering a water pump leak. I do recall the engine
came in quite a bit earlier than quoted... and maybe they had other
committments to other customers that precluded as fast an installation as
they were anticipating with the original schedule from the engine
builder.
