DAve how many are there?

Is this the start of a GMC tour to Europe. Think I would be interested if
one is being made up. Wouldnt it be great to get 10 GMCs shipped to Europe
for a grand tour? I have spent a lot of time in Europe would love to go back
in a GMC

Boy that sounds like a fun idea! Regarding shipping, it might not be too
expensive- a 40' container costs about $3000 to ship from the port of
Vancouver to Holland or Belgium last time I checked. If a person takes the
QE II to Europe, first class ($65,000) they'll bring your car for free too,
which sounds like a bargain....

My understanding from what I've read is that its pretty much dry camping all
the way anyhow- not much in the way of hookups, so having the 117V electrics
isnt going to matter too much- Not sure about some elements like the width
of a GMC being legal but judging from all the trucks there, I suppose they
must be.

Sounds like a plan- I'll let you know all the details when we take delivery
of our GMC here! A local non GMC Net owner has pointed me at one that sounds
like a very good candidate, hope to inspect it later this week! I'll grab
the info for you whatever the outcome.

Wouldnt that be a sight to see...a line of GMC's in Europe!

I have spent a lot of time in Europe before i retired and the size of the
GMC is certainly not a problem in any of the countries that I have been to.
the campgrounds there are very well equipped and more sophisticated than our
from the view of what they offer. We would only need 30 foot containers and
think that the GMC could be shipped for around $2500. Going to check on it
this week and than will know for sure.
