Hi Everyone,
I got the beast running, Then stalled
out. Either the fuel pump or maybe
a filter in the gas tank? The filter
at the carb is new. It seems that if
I let it sit for awhile it will start
and run for awhile, 15 min or so...
Any Ideas?
Thanks,

Rob,
Does it stall on both tanks or just one. If is quitting only on the
main tank I would suggest that the fuel sock in the gas tank is plugged.
If it is stalling on both tanks I would lean towards the fuel pump
diaphragm failed. Have you checked to see if there is a filter in the
fuel line before the fuel pump? Is the carb out of gas? Right after it
stalls look down the carb throat and press the gas peddle to the floor
and see if the accelerator pump adds fuel.
