Dear Tim:
1. Per our earlier telephone conversation and agreement between Classic Tube
(Tim Slattery) and Thomas Warner, Classic Tube agrees to supply stainless
steel (T304 or equiv.) brake kits for members of various GMC Motorhome clubs
for $250.00 a set. For the $250 price there must be at least 10 brake kits
total purchased. Each member may purchase more than one set and the quantity
will count towards the minimum of 10 units. The set to include all brake
lines and fittings from the master cylinder to the rear brakes inclusive.
2. I will supply the names of the club members to Classic Tube by close of
business June 26, 1998. The members are not obligated to purchase the kits
if something happens to preclude the purchase. Classic Tube is only
obligated to provide brake kits to the members on the list supplied for the
$250.00 price and only for a period of 14 business days from June 29, 1998.
3. Each named member will call classic tube and inform the company as to the
form of payment, either master card, Discover, Visa, or COD, and the method
of shipment, i.e.; United Parcel Post etc.
4. Attached is the final list.
