I started to post this several times. I always got stuck on how to present
the list/s

Dave's list-- cautious---Paranoid-- Severely Paranoid
(credit card) . . (tow a spare GMC)

So I think there are at least 4 lists

My Emergency/ Spare Parts list is,

A/ Credit Card
B/Telephone
C/Black List

I used to carry spare parts when I had a roof pod but got rid of them
since I didn't know what they were for anyway. Same with tools.

When I was at Sirum's one day, a GMC came rolling up with a 455 engine on
a small trailer. I thought that is the ultimate spare parts carrying kind
of guy! Turns out he was bringing in his rebuilt spare engine for
installation!

David!
For someone who doesn't know what spare parts and tools are for, you
sure have had good luck with your machinery. Those of us who think
we know how to turn a wrench could learn a few things from you!

'76 PB, Troy,

By the way I was very near your place over New Years when I took
my family to the Orange Bowl. We stayed in Boca Raton which is
not too far from you I believe. Unfortunately due to time constraints we
flew into the Boca Raton. I'd have rather taken the GMC ;-(
