Ken,

I often see this reservation in notes and then I am sure to caution that writer that he is looking at the experiences of coaches that are 40+ years
old and are driven just as hard as anything out there. Then, we anybody has an issue, it shows up here and is usually handled without much brouhaha.

There are lots more stories like those all over the web. For more, go to irv2.com.

Have you seen a recall in the FMCA magazine that mentions a GMC? I never have.

A couple of years back, we did a roughly 12kMi excursion on the way to Chippewa Falls.
It was not without incident...
We had a drawer guide fail....

We have never had trouble with a slide.

While we were running the Blue Ridge Parkway, we did have a complete failure of the onboard computer. So, I put that laptop aside and we bought
another one for communication and navigation. We had charts (maps) and a working GPS, but Mary was expecting an e-mail from a perspective employer.

If and owner wants to be completely self sufficient, all he needs is a set of basic tools and a technician rating several steps above yellow canary.
We have all the documentation available.

Mike,

You need to read more. (If that was not a joke!)
There are lots of.....
The microwave doesn't work unless we are at an FHU or running the gennie! (No Joke)
What could be wrong? When we unplug, there are no inside lights until hubbie starts the engine!
{I could go on for a long time just quoting real complaints...}

But, what KenH is referring to are serious issues with the new hardware out there...
How many were in Elkhart for my "Old Stuff" story?
That was REAL.
