I too have been having trouble with my Sol-Aire furnace. The blower fan runs
but there is no ignition. My LP gas tank if full and the pressure regulator
is fairly new. I pulled the furnace for a visual inspection and found it to
be clean and sound. With 12 Volt power to the motor, the centrifugal switch
operates normally and the solenoid gas valve tested okay. I don't know how
to check the ignitor (aka spark electrode) or if a replacement is available.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
