Shocks

I have been reading the various GMC newsletters and comments from the GMCnet
for the past year about shock absorbers for the GMC. I was about to order a
set of Bilstein shock absorbers, when a GMC owner in my area said that they
made his coach ride rough. Now I am uncertain about what to use. I'm sure
this subject has been thrashed around a lot by this group, and I would like
to hear some of the opinions out there.

Scott I did the following:
KYB's on the rear..a cost decision, and Bilstien on the front...got
sold on the "designed specifically for the GMC" stuff. I'm very
happy with the combination.

I have KYBs on mine for about 100k miles. Lifetime warranty. Many folks
think they are better than Billsteins and maybe better than everything
available today.

That is what I heard.

The numbers were given in two separate messages yesterday!!!!

I gave them the numbers for the shocks front KG5435 rear KG5436. To get
that price you have to order at least 4 shocks. I got all six for 178.50
delivered."
