My '75GB has custom fiberglassed-in T-skirts so I can't use the nifty bottle
jack bracket I got (I sold it to a friend since his t-skirts don't come down
as low as mine and he loves it!). Does anyone use a scissor jack or has
anyone tried one to see if it will work instead? Looking for a good solution
for if and when that dreaded flat occurs. Hopefully It won't but I want to
be ready. Any thoughts.

I use a 3 ton shop floor jack, with a 1/4 alum. plate under it to provide
a firm foundation for lifting. also have a 4 ton bottle jack that is used
at times to lift at the frame USED WITH A PLATE ABOVE AND BELOW THE JACK to
spread the weight to prevent damage to the coach frame.
overkill, but I,ve never had a problem lifting any part of the coach on
any ground in the 12 years that we have had the coach.

Enerpac makes some very nice short compact jacks with a separate pump
but they are rather expensive, we used them on the fire dept, and at work
in the machine maint dept.
those stuby jacks will fit under the boogie even with the air bags deflated
one drawback being a short lift stroke.
