It's a Schreader valve on a male
1/8th NPT and a 1/8 npt to 1/4 NPT. Put them together and you have a
emergency tire valve for your GMC's Air bag.

You can go to Grainger and get a 1/4 NPT Schrader valve and eliminate
the extra fitting and the extra opportunity for a leak. That's where I
found mine.

Now add a tee and a valve hooking to the main air system and you have a
complete system permanently installed. No looking for parts after you get
an air leak.
