I think you are OK. When I was at SprintPCS, I really liked the
new Samsung they had on display. It had some really neat features.

At the time they had no "Cable Kits" for the Samsung and said it
would be late Nov or Dec before they came in.

If it is the new "Flip" Dual mode phone - it is supposed to work
just fine. I would say call and ask Sprint but you may have to
talk to several people before you really know.....

Jeff at the Ft Myers, FL office (and also covers the Naples Office)
is the installer/programmer for the phones. He seems to know all
about this stuff. Really helped me. Try getting the Ft Myers, FL
number from Sprint - as I do not have handy. You can get most
numbers from the Web Site.

Mike,

Yikes! I just bought a Sprint Samsung dual bander. You mean it won't work
with the Sprint PCS Wireless Web Connection Kit?

There's a little do-dad on the bottom of the phone, a jack of some kind. I
thought it was for connecting to the cable, the other end of which has a
serial port plug.

please let me know when you get the straight dope. I would like to put it
up on the web page. So far it looks like the info there is correct, just
some model number confusion and some Sprint confusion.
