The following was Faxed to the Tempe Visitors bureau.....
You expect people to visit your state. I am the owner of a 1977 GMC motor home,
and have invested over 50,000$ in my coach. To be denied access to a park in
Tempe, and to be told that I am not welcome is not very good for visitors. I have
crossed off stopping in Tempe at all during my next tour of Arizona. Messages like
the one below are just ways of keeping myself and many others like me away. Hope
you can do something about this type of behavior.
By the way, in you internet site you do not provide for people to email you, which
could be corrected. I decided to spend the money to fax you the following message
so you might see what this kind of publicity does to visitors. I plan on writing a
letter to our Family Motorhomes International to tell them to put this warning in
their newsletter.
