The Subrella is the same materialas the ZipDee awning, It is almost
watertight.
The Tyvec is porous so it is better in hot weather.

Jim - Do these work for coaches with railings, or will it dip and puddle?

Long, wet winter in Green Valley, AZ? My wife's cousin lives there and we have visited them and I believe it is a very dry climate, year round. A shield to reduce the UV radiation would probably be the correct prescription for a cover.

I can tell you the spun polyester types do not hold up well in the sun in FL, probably worse in the southwest. Six months and theyu are toast.
Id rather save the money and put it towards a hard cover at this point.

Our covers are either made of Tyvex or Sunbrella (your choice) and hold up
better than the poly materials.
Carry a 3 year warrenty.

It was 4500 scoots over three years, but a 15x35 6inch concrete pad with a tin shelter with 9 foot legs and 4 feet of siding each side.

I can tell you that our custom covers are 100% Tyvak or Sunbrella and
carry a 4yr warranty on Tyvak and 5 year on Sunbrella.

For the puddling problem, I used pvc pipes and 't's' and clamped the results to the roof rack. Spaced them about 2 ft apart. Did a good job on
stopping most puddles on the roof. A little more effort in design would go a long way, but cheap and easy worked.
