I have a good tub from my rear bath 78 Royale. As we completely changed our bath to be a handicap bath. But would work for anyone. Just don't put the bars on the walls. Lots more room with a large cloths hamper, and large linin closet. Then with a house size seat, RV porcelain toilet. Have more storage under the 2 rear beds. Plus a dedicated tool storage area that has access from the outside. Have photo's. Bob Dunahugh 78 Royale

When Coachman built these. They put the carpet down on the entire floor. Then put the cabinets in on top of the carpet. I've gutted a Royale rear bath. Mold is an issue under the tub, and 110volt/12 volt panels. Because of the tub location. All my electrical panels are now in the cedar closet. I now have 9 - 110 volt circuits. 2 inverter circuits ( 1 each side ), and 12- 12volt. And now no mold. Have questions. Contact me. Glad to help. Bob Dunahugh

thanks for the offer at the tub but sense i'm at it i plan on using a new tub rather then 40+year old one, and i
as i'm digging into this i'm finding more that needs to be repaired, and fixed, I need to do something about the ceiling, the black tank is bad
probably the grey too, plumbing, rotted wood, water damage, like the carpet needing to be removed, and it wouldn't be a bad thing to move the
electrical to the closet while at it.

but i'm doing my best not to simply want to rip out the whole interior and start from scratch.

Oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car, understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car. Hp is how fast you hit the
wall, and torque is how far you take the wall with you when you hit it.

All three Royales that I've had, had frame cuts like that. As to the tank level wire terminals. Don't try to reuse them. You'll never get them out. And Applied tanks are thicker. Replace them with well nuts, and long enough stainless steel screws to get good water contact. Applied tanks mount in a different way. I mounted mine on aluminum angles. To make placement simple. Keep in mind that Coachman Royales, and Burchhavens have very little in common with GM completed GMC's. Only the body, and drivetrain are the same. The Coachman conversions cost new a lot more. The Royales in1978 cost in the $48,000 range. Bob Dunahugh 78 Royale
