I managed to get all the screws out of the roof rack and are replacing them with stainless. instead of putting sealent around all the bases i was thinking of using o rings under the rail mounts. then the only place i would have to use silicone is around the screw head.
any thoughts.
also anyone have any ideas on replacing the 3 stink pipe vent caps. i got some from alex but there 1/8 to small and some of the old screw holes will show.
also- whats a good alumninum cleaner for the roof racks i used neverdull but its a lot of work and im lazy.
