Ron's Idle vac

If mine is reading 12 with a slight fluctuation, is this sufficient and how do
I get it up?

Julie just reread my post. Please rephrase that "How can I improve my engine
manifold vacuum?" Also, that reading is in inches of Hg, not psi.
