Rodent Control (using stinky soap)

I just put ours away the other week and was gonna use D-Con. Problem is if
they eat it, they stink real bad.

Haven't heard of Chamfer soap but according to my mother-in-law, Castille
(cas-steel) hard water soap works to keep the mice away. Side note: I had to
chew on many a bar of that as a kid, and I still don't cuss today (well....
almost never).

Talkin' about old soaps, what about Fels-Naptha? That do anything for ya'?

I'll have to call Yoder's department store in Ship (shewana) and see what
they know up here in NE Indiana. If it's old fashioned, its got to be here
in Amish country.
