while on the subject of water pumps...stamped verse cast..how about
thermostats...robert shaw vs. stant..
i recently installed a water pump from eaton with a cast impeller, a napa
sender and a stant 195 thermo.....my gauge reads a half needle width above
the center mark....i finally found a robert-shaw in Ia. my plan is to
install this and see if this is also a myth...
