You are good to go as long as the grid stays up. Hope your
supplier isn't PGE or operates like it does. PGE just shuts
down the grid rather than maintain their infrastructure to
avoid starting fires like PGE doesin California.

Lived in Japan for 2 fun filled years. Many trips on their highly efficient public transportation system. They consider the thickness of winter
clothing and add addition cars to the subway trains. Yes, they have "pushers". Everything is on time. all station platforms have a painted door
marking, and when the train stops, that is where the door will be, not more than an inch off the mark.
FYI: The six different train systems that feed into Tokyo are public stock-holder owned, and the National Train Line is deeply in the Red.
