The PO of my coach applied window tint film that blocks out some sun, but it
could be darker. I would like to remove the old stuff and replace it with
some that is darker. Has anyone tried to remove tint film?

Lots of razor blades and an ammonia based cleaner combined with elbow grease
worked for me. Your local window tint shop may have something stronger that
they use/recommend.

That reminds me of when we first got our coach: the PO had opted to black out 2/3's of the rear window, leaving only the middle 1/3 for clear viewing. Only he hadn't used tint film. He had glued two pieces of printed linoleum to the outside of the
window. (What was he thinking...?!) It took some doing to take that off and not scratch glass and we muttered a lot of not-so-nice-words during that project....
