I went to the local RV show, no I was not looking for an RV, I was looking to see what the big boys
were doing with ceiling and window treatments. Most of the ticky-tacky boxes were using very
similar window side valances to what I have seen on many GMCs. A lot of the units there were still
using Reynolds wrap for their external skin.
Some months ago there was some discussion about remote air filter systems. Airaid has some kits to
fit the 454 with TBI as well as the Chevy 350. I saw 3 different sizes in their brochure. They
have a web page at

Might be worth checking out, maybe they can provide a carb cover and prebend a nice pipe.
