GMCers,

What is the direct-fit replacement for the recirculating toilet?
I know there was a post on this subject a few months ago, I thought I saved
it but don't know where.
If anybody wants the old recirculating toilet for parts or whatever - I know
these things have their own fanclub out there ;-) let me know, first come
first served, you pay shipping.

Thanks,

Peter

Hi Peter!
I replaced my recirculating toilet with a Thetford Aqua-Magic Aurora. It has a
china bowl and is almost as good as the one that you would have in your home.

It was not too difficult to install. I had to change the water line a bit
that's all. It bolts right in the same way as the recirculator. That was one
of the best improvements that I've made to my GMC.

Now my wife will use the toilet in the GMC. She wouldn't use the almost 25 year
old toilet that we had.

I ended up placing my recirculating toilet by the curb and the garbage truck
took it. I'm told that there are folks out there that will buy your toilet.
You just have to find them. I think Paul Bartz sold his to someone a few years
ago. My wife just wanted it gone! So I tossed it.

Richard,

Thanks for the information. I had saved your post from a few months ago (the
10 reasons you got rid of your recic. toilet), but it didn't mention what
you replaced it with.
We haven't used our coach yet, but we're getting ready for our first (short)
trip. When I explained to my wife how the toilet is supposed to work, she
said "We're getting a new one". End of discussion!

Thanks again,

Peter
