I am sure most of you know this, but just the same.
There has been a recall on certain models of Norcold refrigerators. As
some of you have replaced your old fridge for the Norcold, here are the
model no's. affected.
1992-1999 gas/electric models... 322, 323, N260.3,
N300, N300.3
If you have one of these take it in to your local dealer and have it
fixed.
It seems "the swivel nut, which is an integral part of a pressure tap
device, is susceptible to stress corrosion cracking. This can lead to an
open fracture in the brass nut. This could allow for a propane gas leak.
There is a repair kit which the dealer must install."
If you have one of these, check it and get it fixed.. Darren
