Rear window template

Id give the guy/gal at the local glass shop an extra $25.00 to come out and measure with the gasket. Something that big I would not want to mess up.
He/she may give you a deal on installing it as well. Better done correctly the first time.

Why don"t you make one out of Masonite or something like that. When you get it trimmed exactly the way that you want it, take it to a glass shop and
get it duplicated in glass.

Rob, I believe part of the question was 'where does the installed window seat?'. Inside the gasket is the answer to only that part of the question.
Shipping that big piece of glass ought to be fun.
