How does one remove the inner dust cap without having to destroy it as I had to do. There's no way, that I can see at least with common tools, how to
get that out with the conventional dust cap removal tool (or carefully tap it off with a screwdriver and hammer as is easily done on the outer dust
cap that I suspect many of us have done).
That thing is so buried in there with the way the drum is attached...have I missed something obvious???
