Henry,

Is it the IPD torsionbar set you have on the rear of your '77?

I found them to be great, but my main reason for them was to keep the GMC's
tail out of the gutter. That was way before 4-bagger days and I agree with
you that the ride is a little harsher with the bars.

I wonder if I should consider removal of the bars as todays roads are
getting worse and worse and the bars probably take some of the advantage of
the air suspension out of the equation.

Anyone have any ideas re pros and cons, or perhaps done it?
