rear tail light lens

I have to replace a cracked lens. I had installed newer style lenses years back but I have forgotten what vehicle uses them. Probably a 80 to 85 year vehicle.
Does anyone know?

Emery,

The ones I installed in The War Pig were an encapsulated lens an housing. I
needed to cut the housing off to allow the original housing to remain.
Maybe I used the wrong year.....
