Heinz, re your rear stabilizers:

Suppose I wanted to drop one corner of the coach at the rear by about 4
inches or so while raising the other side a couple inches in a campground
leveling situation? ( I actually had to do this recently at the Parker Dam
state park in PA ). Wouldn't the rear stabilizers make this somewhat
difficult, if not impossible?

FWIW, at Marion, Duane Simmons recomends only one stabilizer on the
rearmost bogeys in response to a similar question. TAIK.

As always, best regards.

Not exactly sure re measurments, i.e. actual spread, but I do the campground
levelling all the time.

Never really thought about that part as I don't recall any difference at the
time they were put on.

Looks like another one were an accurate record of before and after would be
helpfull. Good ol' 20/20 hindsight.

I don't know about only one... as to what/if it would add/transfer stress to
the other bogey and associated running gear in an unfavorable manner.

Guess it's another one for the real wizards :-)

Some of the sway bar do restrict movement of the air leveling system.
The heavy duty or larger diameter bars are the worst. There are some
bars of the lighter diameter that do not appear the affect the air
leveling system as much.

I have the two stabalizers. I talked to Don after my discussion with Duane
about using only one. Don said that the two work together and using only one
was like having only one stablizer. I believe they were designed to work
together and would not use only one.
