I plan on installing six wheel disc brakes (Eldorado) and have all the
bits and pieces, I noticed that on Gene's site that the author of the disc
conversion article recommended reinforcement of the forward rear caliper
mount. Does anyone know were and how to reinforce it.

I have some photos of my " body off frame" effort using 4 cable come-a-longs
if someone could post them.

Russ:

I know a number of individuals using the El Dorado backing plates on all
four rear wheels and none of them have added any reinforcement. One of
them installed his about five years ago.

Incidently, The El Dorado parts are only applicable to the rear wheels.

Rance could do the reinforcement for you, you have to supply the backing plate..
