Rear brake drum to hub torque values

Does anyone know the torque values for the bolts that hold the lug hub to the rear brake drums?
I've checked the manuals and I can't find the numbers.

My 1953 Willys Jeep had LH lug nuts on the driver's (IIRC) side originally.

I don't know if Willys did this on their cars too or not.
