For those contemplating purchase of the Ramco mirrors, you might want to
consider what I did. I ordered them unpainted, and acid etched on the
aluminum Tapered Arms. I then had them painted locally by the shop that
painted the coach. Excellent color match, and eliminated the extra cost of
prep that the shop would have been forced to do if purchased powder coated.
I'll second the earlier post re. mis-matched mounting holes; required some
rat-tail file work to get the 4 mounting screws to fit, and the counter-sunk
heads don't "sink" as well as they should have.
Excellent mirrors. Eliminates the blind spots, and I no longer need a
"spotter" for lane changes. I can even see the rear wheels in the lower
convex mirror.
