I'd say try again. Who ever answered the phone may not have
understood what was happening when they got that call. If
it doesn't work a second time let me know and I'll call for you.

I think they may have just had a connection problem. Have someone call
them on a voice line to see if they understand the TTY system.

Ted,

I tried e mailing them several times, but always got an "error" message
back. I finally called last Friday, they were really nice on the phone and
must have sent the catalog the same day, because it came yesterday!
The have a nice looking inside door handle, 18" long,
# RV-26 for $22.00, and lots of other reasonably priced GMC add-ons. Try
again!

I tried several times, same result. I finally called them at
949-261-5898 to request a catalog and mentioned that their e mail doesn't
seem to be working.
