I recently removed and repaired the radiator. The radiator is in a U
shaped bracket that unbolts from the sides. The top cover unbolts from
the U-bracket at the top. By loosening the fan shroud, jacking up the
front about a foot, and loosening the A/C condenser the radiator
together with the U shaped bracket was removed from the bottom. The
radiator is only held in the U shaped bracket by rubber pieces and will
just fall out. Loosening the fan shroud and A/C condenser allowed the
radiator to come down to the ground and slide back at an angle until it
was laying flat on the ground. Otherwise need to be higher.
It took a while to remove all the bolts and lines to the radiator: oil
and tranny fluid. I also relocated the transmission cooler from the
radiator which was the source of the leak. Right at the plastic pins.
Genneraly, followed the book.
Hope this helps,
Bill
