Go to the "Help" section of any auto parts store and pick up a package of throttle return springs. Drill small holes in the lips of the grill. Snip
springs for length and bend ends to fit. Takes bout 30 sec to remove or install the grill. Saw someone else had done this about 10yrs ago, and changed
mine immediately to springs. Haven't looked back. JWID.
