Quality of Coachman interior vs GMC

I am looking at a coach that has the Coachman interior. Some elements like
the front dinette resemble that of a GMC interior. But things like the
monitoring panel do not look like the GMC. Can anyone tell me what is the
major differences between Coachman and GMC interiors (besides floorplan of
course).
